• No assets or property which could reasonably be expected to solve your housing situation

Primary applicant requirements:

• Seniors (over 55 or 45 years, for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples)
• Female

Occupancy criteria:

• Maximum occupancy of 1 person
